A minimalistic Red Cedar beauty.
The Furch Master’s Choice – Indigo G-CY SPE is a one minimalistic and well sounding guitar. It is priced around 1000$ but competes with more expensive guitars proudly. The way Furch achieved this price/quality ratio is by using their advanced technologies alongside the choice of layered wood for the body of the guitar. The layered Mahogany used for the body of the G-CY SPE helps reduce the production cost yet deliver a warm and well textured sound, and the Solid Red Cedar top adds to that warmth a mellow and soothing sound projection. We felt that this guitar benefits from Furch’s arched back technology a lot. For us the Furch Master’s Choice – Indigo G-CY SPE is a good choice for the mellow singer-songwriter, rhythm players and those that need a good guitar for a jazz ensemble. This guitar is warm and round. If you need a guitar for heavy strumming or one that cuts through the mix better we suggest trying out the Furch Master’s Choice Violet D-SY SPE which is essentially the same guitar only with a Spruce top.
