A Master’s guitar for an intermediate price.
The Furch Master’s Choice – Violet D-SY SPE really got us impressed. It is priced around 1000$ but competes with more expensive guitars proudly. The way Furch achieved this price/quality ratio is by using their advanced technologies alongside the choice of layered wood for the body of the guitar. The layered Mahogany used for the body of the D-SY SPE helps reduce the production cost yet deliver a warm and well textured sound, which is complimented and well projected by a solid A Grade Sitka Spruce top. Furch’s Open-Pore thin finish helps the wood breath and the result is a really nicely balanced and fun to play guitar. Furch did not stop there and made sure to equip the Master’s Choice – Violet D-SY SPE with an L.R. Baggs Stagepro & Element combination for those who plan to take the stage. All of that at around 1000$, not bad. Not bad at all.
