Improving Perfection With Beauty
It’s hard for anyone to argue that B&G guitars are anything but attractive. The Little sister range harks back to pre-war parlour guitars and the Step Sister range add upon that formula with slightly more modern appointments such as solid bodies and solid headstock’s as options.
But B&G guitars aren’t simply nice looking tools, they play effortlessly from the Crossroads range all the way to this guitar … honestly you won’t want to put them down.
B&G like to experiment with tone woods and the Ziricote for many is the peak result of this so far. Ziricote is a wood which can be used on the fingerboard AND the top, B&G have found a method of sinking the Ziricote into the maple top which provides both a wonderful new appearance with familiar yet new tones. Did you get this? They are literally sinking the Ziricote into the Maple. Insane.
The mahogany body and Ziricote / Maple top paired with a set of B&G designed Humbuckers will give you the familiar 50/60’s single cut feels and tone with the outstanding build quality and aesthetics that B&G oozes. Let us know how you think it compares to the rest of the range on Facebook and Instagram.
